The Federal Reserve's spokesperson, internal disagreements over the interest rate cut in December are increasing

According to Jin Shi reports, "Fed mouthpiece" Nick Timiraos stated that the internal divisions within the Federal Reserve cast a shadow over the path to interest rate cuts. During Fed Chair Powell's nearly eight-year tenure, such a level of disagreement has been almost unprecedented. Officials have disagreed on which poses a greater threat: persistent inflation or a sluggish labor market. Although investors still believe that the likelihood of the Fed cutting rates at the next meeting remains high, this division complicates what initially seemed like a feasible plan.
