Bitcoin treasury company Matador raised $10.5 million through a convertible bond issuance

Bitcoin treasury company Matador Technologies announced the completion of a $10.5 million financing through the issuance of convertible bonds. The new funds will be used to further increase its Bitcoin holdings. The company stated its plan to increase its Bitcoin holdings to 1,000 by 2026 and expand to 6,000 by 2027.
