Flora Fang
Flora Fang is the Chief Operating Officer at Highstreet, with extensive management and international strategic planning experience in various fields. She has successfully assisted several multinational companies in new product development and cross-industry projects. Prior to blockchain, Flora served as the Chief Operating Officer at an international gaming group, overseeing its development team and formulating operational plans. Flora is an avid e-sports player and also practices ikenobo, equestrian, and the art of making Chinese tea. Previously, she has held positions such as Incubation and Operation Consultant at Blizzard Fund, Strategic Advisor at GeneOnline, Managing Partner at Avalanche Asia Star Fund, Partner Relations Advisor, and Global Partnership Director at NEM Group. Flora holds an EMBA from Hult International Business School (which she dropped out of) and a Game and Interactive Media degree from Vancouver Film School.

Jenny Guo
Jenny Guo is the co-founder of Highstreet, a company that uses blockchain and metaverse to reimagine the future of retail. She is also a partner at Sorekara, a contemporary restaurant focusing on progressive cuisine. Additionally, she is the co-founder of LumiereVR, which brings mission-driven stories to life through virtual reality. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Quantic School of Business and Technology and has dropped out of a Master of Fine Arts program at Columbia University.
