He is a serial entrepreneur, having founded Dimension.ai, Papers.ai, HashTrust, OpenAppMkt, and others. Previously, he was a product manager at Facebook. Teck graduated from Cornell University with a degree in Computer science.

Richard Teng is the CEO of Binance and has over thirty years of financial services and regulatory experience. Richard joined Binance in August 2021 as CEO of Binance Singapore and shortly thereafter took on the role of Head of Regional Markets at Binance, responsible for the MENA region, Europe, and eventually all regions outside the United States.
