Coulter Mulligan
Coulter Mulligan is the VP, Marketing and Communications at UDHC. Former Head of Marketing Maker Foundation. Coulter is a marketing specialist with over fifteen years of experience in go-to-market strategy, community building, and communications. In three years at the Maker Foundation, he developed branding, messaging, and the overarching marketing playbook. In a previous life, he worked at GoPro, Tesla, and Electronic Arts. His experience directly translates to the guidance he provides portfolio companies on their MarComms strategy. Coulter has been in crypto since 2013, and in his free time dabbles in NFTs, playing tennis, and reading sci-fi books.
Kathleen Chu
Kathleen Chu was previously Head of marketing communications at Avail, Head of public communications at Polygon and Head of Japan at MakerDAO. She is a graduate of Baruch College.
Rune Christensen
Rune Christensen is the founder of MakerDAO. Since 2015, he has been working on the vision of building a distributed autonomous organization, as well as stabilizing the economic foundation of digital currencies. Previously, he co-founded Try China, an international recruitment company.

Jocelyn Chang
Jocelyn Chang is the former APAC Growth Lead at MakerDAO. Jocelyn started her career at HSBC as a banker. She also co-founded a social networking app in Singapore. As part of her entrepreneurial journey, she also led the role to pioneer the implementation of a public warning system in Singapore with MHA. Her mantra is to embrace new technologies that make the world a better place.

Andy Chorlian, the Founder of Fractional, is a former Engineer at MakerDAO and a hip hop enthusiast. He identifies as a computer nerd and blockchain enthusiast, having graduated with a degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova in 2016 (go cats!).

Chris Bradbury is the CEO at Oasis.app. He was formerly the Lead Product Manager at MakerDAO.
T.J. Ragsdale
T.J. Ragsdale is the CEO and co-founder of Raad Labs. He previously worked at MakerDAO, where he provided financing for real-world assets such as renewable energy projects and carbon credits.
