Long Fan is the co-founder and CEO of Conflux and the executive director of Leading Pharmaceutical Biotech, a Hong Kong-listed company. He graduated from Tsinghua University's Yao Class and received a PhD in Computer Science from MIT. His research interests include system security, programming languages, and blockchain. His doctoral dissertation won the MIT Outstanding Dissertation Award and the ACM SIGSOFT Outstanding Paper Award.
