Matt Huang
Matt Huang is the co-founder and managing partner of Paradigm, CEO of Tempo, and a member of the Stripe board of directors. Previously, Matt was a partner at Sequoia Capital, focusing on early-stage venture capital, including leading the firm's cryptocurrency efforts. Matt was the founder and CEO of Hotspots, which was acquired by Twitter in 2012. He is also an angel investor in companies such as ByteDance and Instacart. He purchased his first Bitcoin from MtGox in 2012. Matt holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from MIT.
Alana Palmedo
Alana Palmedo is a Managing Partner and COO at Paradigm, leading all business functions, including operations, finance, legal, business development, and investor relations. She began her career in asset management in 2008 at Cascade Investment, LLC, the investment office for Bill & Melinda Gates. Later, she joined the investment team at the Boston University Investment Office. Alana earned her MBA from MIT Sloan and BBA from Pacific Lutheran University.
Tyler Crimm
Tyler Crimm is the former Lead Engineer at Paradigm. He started his career as a software engineer at Salesforce in 2013. Prior to joining, Tyler was an engineer at AppOmni where he focused on client solutions and feature development. Charlie Noyes
Charles Noyes, a former general partner at Paradigm, previously worked in analytical and algorithmic trading at hedge and venture capital fund Pantera Capital, where he served on the investment and management committees for all funds. His work focuses on market microstructure, how the properties of different blockchains and tokens impact the capital markets they navigate, and where they will continue to develop. He has been invited to speak at the National Security Agency, ACM, etc. on the potential of blockchain technology. He will continue to be involved with Kalshi as a board observer alongside Paradigm founder Matt Huang, and will also provide support to Paradigm's portfolio companies and founders. Charles Noyes, a former MIT dropout, started his career early working on various projects based on blockchain protocols.

Yongjin Kim is CEO of cryptocurrency derivatives platform Flipster and co-founder of Presto Labs. Yongjin began his career as an algorithmic trader for Jump Trading. He holds a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Chase was formerly a quantitative researcher and trader at Jump Trading and GETCO, where he developed and managed a portfolio of algorithmic trading strategies. Chase holds undergraduate degrees in mathematics and physics from MIT and a master's degree in computer science from Stanford, where he specialized in artificial intelligence. As a personal interest, Chase has climbed five of the "seven summits" including Mount Everest.
