Dante Disparte is the Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Global Policy for Circle, a leading digital financial services firm building the most trusted treasury and payments infrastructure for the internet. Prior to joining Circle, Dante served as a founding executive of the Diem Association, leading public policy, communications, membership, and social impact. He has two decades of experience as an entrepreneur, business leader and global risk expert, most recently as founder and CEO of Risk Cooperative, a strategic risk advisory and insurance brokerage based in Washington. He is a graduate of Harvard Business School and holds an MSc. in Risk Management from the NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in International and Intercultural Studies from Goucher College. Jeremy Allaire is Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Circle, a global financial technology firm that enables businesses of all sizes to leverage the power of stablecoins and public blockchains for payments and commerce. She has been in the crypto industry since early 2017 and has worked on initiatives with Blockchain at Berkeley, the World Economic Forum, Stanford’s Future of Digital Currency Initiative, the United Nations, a16z’s crypto startup school, Celo Camp, the Algorand European Accelerator, and the Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator. She was a blockchain lead for UC Berkeley’s recent launch of the Nobel NFTs and helped to form FiatLux DAO, a Berkeley alumni DAO, which won The Fourth Pillar Nobel NFT.
