Iris, a veteran of the blockchain industry, started her career with six years of experience as a data analyst, forecasting and modeling key data in the FMCG industry. This led to her later creation of two consumer brands that won the Grand Prize in an Angel Investment competition. Finding potential in the blockchain world in 2015, Iris decisively put her analytical and inquisitive mindset to work as an angel investor and successfully invested in Binance and Bybit in their early stage. Her blockchain portfolio encompasses over 100+ projects with presence in DEX, CEX, Crypto Mining, Infrastructure, Media, STO, and Options. Not only an investor, Iris acts as an incubator and mentor for projects, offering customized tokenomic design, market insight, industry resource and talent referrals backed by her extensive experience.
Katrina Wang
Haiqing(Katrina) Wang is the Founding Partner of Stratified Capital. Katrina started her entrepreneurship in 2018 from LL Capital, which is a multi-family office providing a full spectrum of bespoke financial services. She stepped into the crypto industry in 2020 and co-founded Prime Blockchain which was later acquired by 10X Capital Venture Acquisition Corp (Nasdaq: VCXA) at $1.25bn valuation. After that, she co-founded Stratified Capital in Singapore. As a successful investor and experienced orator, Katrina was invited as speaker by many influential conferences & financial media globally. She was also honored as “Future Star” by Hurun Report in 2018 due to her outstanding accomplishments in the business world. Katrina started her financial career from Goldman Sachs Investment Management Division, and she has provided financial advice for chairmen of more than 40 listed companies, accumulating extensive social networks around the world. Katrina worked in the luxury and retail industry in her early professional career and became Chanel’s youngest product manager in history. Katrina finished her MBA program from Columbia Business School.

ROGER S is the Founding Partner of Stratified Capital. A serial entrepreneur since 2006, Roger entered the blockchain industry in 2017 armed with over a decade of business acumen. Roger participated in projects in a wide range of sectors including public chains, exchanges, big data, finance and games as an advisor and investor. Roger’s gained recognition for his investment insight and contribution to the industry and joined JRR Crypto in 2018 as an Investment Director participating in early-stage investments in current industry giants such as BInance, Polkadot, EOS, and Vechain. He continued to provide support to the blockchain community offering insight through technical research and discussion. Co-founding Stratified Capital in 2021, Roger brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge and experience. Since inception, Stratified Capital has made remarkable progress to date.
