Adrian Glover is the CTO at DMG. He has been a professional in the software industry for 20 years and has over 10 years of experience delivering software products as a Project and Development Manager. His career began in research & development and included one of the first connected mobile applications using Geographical Information System (GIS) technology for asset tracking on Windows CE. As a Project Manager, Adrian was certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and mentored new Project Managers in the trade. He has successfully implemented Agile Project and Product Management techniques in multiple companies using industry-standard tools and techniques. Sheldon Bennett
Sheldon Bennett is the CEO of DMG. He has more than 20 years of management experience leading international companies, such as PwC, Ernst & Young, Baker & McKenzie, and Cisco Systems, prior to founding DMG Blockchain Solutions. He is in charge of DMG's Canadian mining operations and was responsible for setting up industrial bitcoin mining operations, including government relations and power optimization with Canadian utilities. He created DMG's new Core+ strategy to develop multiple revenue-generating software solutions to promote cryptocurrency adoption by financial institutions. From his previous experience in the Big 4, he established two Environment and Sustainability practices and was involved in the audit of numerous ESG reports.
Steven Eliscu
Steven Eliscu is the Chief Operating Officer at DMG. He is an experienced executive with a proven track record of success in roles at Blockchain/FinTech start-ups and the semiconductor industry. Most recently, Steven worked as Head of Finance for DSP Concepts and was the Senior Director of Finance at Bitfury, while also providing advice to several Blockchain start-ups. Additionally, Steven was an equity research analyst for UBS, providing investment coverage of the semiconductor industry to institutional investors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
